harcha

Ingredients:
1 bowl of semolina
1/2 cup mix oil and batter
1 tcp salt
1 tcp sugar
1 cup of water

flip it every 10 mn until getting a golden color


 it can serve with cheese, olive oil, jam, batter or honey.

mille fieulle

Ingredients for pastry cream

750 ml milk
180g sugar
3 egg yolks
70g flour
4 tsp corn starch
vanilla

Method for the cream

In a dry bowl we mix very well the egg yolks + sugar+ flour + corn starch + vanilla, we add milk little by little untill we get a liquid. pour the liquid mixture to heat let it cook for 20 mn, stir continuously. let cool and put it in the fridge.

Ingredients for the dough

500g flour
125g batter in room temperture
375g batter in room temperture
salt
water

Method for the dough

in a bowl put flour and 125g of batter

add water little by little untill you have a soft dough


warp it and put it in fridge for 15 mn

After 15mn take it out from the fridge sprinkle some flour in a surface and put the dough on top of it.
on the dough you make a crossing incision (as show on the picture)

at the same time you prepare the 375g of batter as in the pictures
then  put the batter into the dough 





after role the dough into a rectangle fold it into 3 and let it reste for 20 mn in the fridge
do that 4 times. then cut into 3 equal pieces.
place each piece in a baking shieet pierce it using a fork.



bake it until light golden

after we bake all the 3 pieces we let them coul a little bit and we take the cream that we first prepare and we put it in the first piece then we cover with the second and we put the last one and we put every thing in the fridge for a moment
 at that time we are going to make the icing for that we need: 300g icing sugar+ vanilla+ 5 tsp water we mix every thig until we get a creamy liquid.
we take the 'mille fieulle' out from the fridge and we put the icing on top and we make some straight line with chocolate and we decorate as all we know we let it cool for 30 mn in the fridge and we cut it into equal small pieces.
