Ingredient:
1kg beef
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 mediem chopped onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp saffron
and about 2 cup of wather
Methods
In a pan pour beef, oil, onion, spices and parsley. Let it cook for about 10mn. stir well during that time. after that add a litlle bit of wather. make sure that the onion is well done then add the rest of water and let every thing cook for the next 1hour. add water if needed check your meet to make sure it is done. after that let the water evaporate untill the sauce become havey.
Decoration
we need:
2cups of dried plums
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp cinamon powder
1 cinamon stick
some rosted almond to decorate
in a pan we put water and plums and let it cook for the next 5 to 10 mn befor we add sugar, cinamon powder and cinamon stick we let it cook again until we get a very havey sause.
Final dish:
to present we put the beef first, add the sauce on top and decorate with the sweet plums and almond.
